Audience and Impacts of this Research

Target Audience

Several audiences will be impacted by the mobilization of this research project’s results. One of the major audiences, is my target audience. This is my intended audience. They incorporate a group of readers that I want to read my research paper and expect them to analyze the results carefully. I am designing this research project for them and I expect them to internalizes and understand everything that is affecting the Middle East region in terms of technological development. Examples of my target audience include government analysis writing reports on the development of Middle East, students conducting research for their assignments and scholars writing peer reviewed articles for other scholars in the same field.

The secondary target audience for this research paper are the scholars, academics, journalists and students interested in studying about the impact of sustainable technology in the Middle East Region. They are the people interested in the outcome of this project. My secondary audience may not be interested in this topic but they still have a vested or strong interests in the research projects implications. This research paper is designed for them and they should understand every critical aspect provided. Even though not everything can be explained to the secondary audience, I can help them navigate my research project by defining the key terms of technological development in the middle East and ensure that my findings are clear.

There is also the tertiary audience are the people who will indirectly or directly be affected or benefit by my research paper but they will not read the research paper themselves. The tertiary audience for this research includes people living in the middle East region including their governments and institutions of learning. These are the people who will learn about my research project either through the secondary or target audiences of my paper, Since the people living in Middle East will not read my paper directly, it is critical for me to make sure that my key messages are clear to avoid misrepresentation and misinterpretation.

Impacts of this Research

Since I plan to initiate mobilization of the results, this research will lead to several impacts in the Middle East region. The main goal of mobilizing the results of this research is to share and distribute knowledge concerning the impacts of technological development in the middle east in a way that is useful, easily accessible and lead to significant changes. The results of this research will also ensure that the need for technological development in the region will address the cultural, educational, political and social needs of the people in Middle East. Mobilizing the results of this research will also help ensure that governments establish policies that are critical in ensuring that sustainable technology is integrated in every sector and it improves the quality of education.

Knowledge mobilization of results in this research project will lead to significant change in Middle East. It will ensure that the needs of people living in the middle east region in terms of development through technology are addressed. It will also help in putting forwards new perspectives concerning sustainable technology in the middle east and it development impacts. The results will help countries in the Middle East to stay ahead in terms of development since research on sustainable technology provides them with significant knowledge on how they can implement new technologies in their operation systems, innovate quickly and be ahead of other countries. ‘

Article Analysis

In their research, () evaluate the impacts of modern technologies on performance levels in Iraqi banks. According to the researchers, banks’ management have been paying significant attention on integrating mechanization in the banking work processes to enable them to be in pace with banking developments through advanced computers and latest machines. The move also resulted from the expansion of banks and an increase in banking activities. Since the banking sector is the cornerstone for many economic activities in the region, it is critical for them to keep in pace with the rapid development of investment and money movement. This article answers specific research questions including:

1. What is the relationship between level of banking performance and modern banking technologies?
2. How do different communication networks improve banking performance in Iraqi banks?
3. What are the significant approaches of new technologies that can be used to enhance banking performance?

The article fills significant research gaps implementation of sustainable technology in Middle East. The main research gap filled is how new technologies are helping in financial performance of banks in the region. This issue has not been much considered by researchers even though many arguments have been concerning sustainable technology in the process of sustainable development. () provides answers by focusing on the connection between financial performance and modern banking technology level. Even though this study addresses community participation in tourism destinations, there is still a major gap in the literature concerning the issue. There are many countries around the Middle East other than Iraqi that needs to be examined for researchers to fill all the gaps.

The conceptual framework of this article enables academics and researchers to understand the neglected issue of involving implementation of innovative new technologies in the banking system. The literature review mainly focuses different factors affecting companies’ performance. According to (), consumers have been significantly impacted by new banking technologies by providing them with more efficient and reliable services.  Also the technical factors expressing social impact and anticipated innovation are the main determinants of decisions to adopt new technologies in the banking sector. Several other studies provide their critical analysis of the impacts of technologies on bank performance level in Iraqi. The authors provide a comprehensive discussion from current literature concerning the impacts of technology on banks in Iraqi. This is significant in helping people understand the area of study more widely.

The main research methods used in this study include secondary research on company reports and case studies. The researchers conducted their research from both current and previous case studies concerning the impacts of technology on bank performance levels. They also conducted a secondary search on the annual reports of banks listed in the Iraqi secondary and stock market as well as Iraq Stock Exchange. To measure the level of financial performance, the researchers analyzed the financial reports of the research sample companies from the year 2016 to 2019. The research sample consisted of 19 banks representing the whole country. A 380 measurement matrix was selectively distributed to bank employees. The researchers distributed 20 measurement matrices to every bank sent through the primary email and employees’ emails. () also conducted a comprehensive data analysis using the qualitative method of data analysis. The results were written down and analyzed using descriptive and prescriptive analysis in terms of respondents’ profiles and the nature of community participation expected by local agencies, community members, and private sector representatives. Qualitative research analysis would also be significant in this research. Using this technique, the researcher would describe the characteristics of the results and not use numbers.

The findings of this study provide several conclusions concerning sustainable technology and how it impacts bank performance level in Iraq. According to the researchers, banks are shifting new methods of performance appraisal especially with the global trend towards new technologies. The most critical is the use of communication and information technology in enhancing performance through modern technologies. Nonetheless, information technology has led to expansion and diversification of different services in the banking sector. Even with technological development the electronic services of most banks in Iraqi remain limited and have not grown to the required level. Most of them suffered from low use of communication and internet to develop essential services in banks. As a result, the researchers provide several recommendations. The conclude that Iraqi banks can thrive if they pay attention to the use of internet in banking operations. They should also focus on training more employees how the usage of modern banking technologies. The most critical is that bank management should offer full support on investment opportunities for modern information technology to help banks to keep pace with international and local technological developments.
